Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The candidate should have knowledge of content creation, audience engagement, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creative development.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and promotional activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or graphic designing software.
- Strong communication and creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in running paid social media ads.
- Knowledge of content marketing and branding.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 - 4 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
