- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, leave administration, payroll support, PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and other HR operations.
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, appraisal coordination, and HR policy development.
- Ability to maintain employee records, manage documentation, and handle employee exit formalities.
- Good exposure to employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent attraction strategies.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring through Naukri and other job portals.
- Working knowledge of labour laws, handling employee grievances, labour disputes, and coordinating with various departments to resolve workplace issues.
- Familiarity with digital marketing activities, including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and lead generation, to support recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational growth through effective HR practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
