About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Thane team. The ideal candidate should have strong real estate sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on property leads.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and regular follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Own personal vehicle is mandatory.
