We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in both Google Ads and Amazon Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of increasing online sales, improving advertising efficiency, and maximizing ROAS across both platforms.
ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads
- Manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimize keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, and budgets.
- Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
Amazon Ads
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
- Optimize keyword targeting, bids, budgets, and campaign structures.
- Improve ACOS, TACOS, and overall advertising profitability.
General Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends.
- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to improve conversion rates.
- Recommend strategies to increase sales while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in both Google Ads and Amazon Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience with UK market advertising.
- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Vitamins, Supplements, or Nutraceutical brands.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate real business impact through paid advertising—not just campaign management. Applicants should be able to show measurable improvements in sales, profitability, and advertising performance through data-backed case studies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
