Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Community Mobiliser to support beneficiary identification, community outreach, counselling, and mobilization activities for skill development and community development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community outreach, door-to-door visits, and awareness campaigns.
- Mobilize eligible candidates for training and development programs.
- Counsel candidates and families regarding training opportunities and career prospects.
- Coordinate with community leaders, educational institutions, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
- Support admissions, batch formation, and candidate retention.
- Maintain mobilization records, documentation, and field reports.
- Organize community meetings, events, and awareness sessions.
- Assist in achieving project targets and ensuring smooth implementation of field activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) / MSW (Master of Social Work) preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in community mobilization, social development, CSR, education, or skill development projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Good interpersonal and community engagement abilities.
- Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the project area.
Preferred:
- Experience in skill development or community development projects.
- Familiarity with local communities and stakeholder engagement.
- Local candidates from Noida and nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per hour
