We are looking for a high-performance sales closer who can confidently handle parent leads and convert them into confirmed MBBS abroad admissions. This is not a basic counselling role — this is a revenue-generating, target-driven sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hot parent leads via calls, WhatsApp & video counselling
- Convert inquiries into paid admissions
- Explain MBBS abroad options, ROI, safety, and career outcomes clearly
- Build trust with parents and handle objections confidently
- Follow structured sales process (lead → counselling → follow-up → closure)
- Maintain daily follow-ups and pipeline tracking
- Achieve aggressive monthly admission targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales closer (education / high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong ability to handle parents & decision-makers
- Excellent communication (Hindi mandatory, English workable)
- Confidence in objection handling (fees, safety, FMGE, country doubts)
- Target-driven mindset (no excuses, only results)
- Ability to close on call or after 2–3 follow-ups max
Must-Have Skills:
- High-ticket sales experience (₹3L+ deal size understanding)
- Lead conversion & follow-up mastery
- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
- Emotional intelligence while dealing with parents
Pay: ₹13,901.46 - ₹25,996.67 per month
