Job Description
Ø Should be able to plan and execute trials of self and team in a cost efficient, time efficient and resource efficient way
Ø Should have served in a leadership role, and have managerial experience.
Ø Responsible for documentation for internal & external audit.
Ø Responsible for handling customer complaints (internal & external)
Ø Should have formulation background in area of product Development in polyurethane coatings
Ø Should have a deep understanding and experience in synthesis of polyurethane resin systems
Ø Should have experience working with vaccum based synthesis processes
Ø Should be able to develop new products and modify products to achieve quality improvement and cost optimization.
Ø Compliance with SOP’s.
Ø Providing testing support to various Development groups and all plants.
Ø Coordination with vendor for development of new raw materials and sources.
Ø Excellent Literature survey skills and experience.
Ø Co-ordination with external testing labs for inter laboratory testing and with administration department
Job Specification
Ø Prior managerial experience is a must.
Ø Excellent team leader
Ø Candidate required from area of Product Development, R&D in polyurethane coating systems and acrylic coating systems preferably from construction chemical industry
Ø Preferably have experience working with vacuum synthesis processes for polyurethanes.
Ø Minimum experience of 3- 5years in R & D
Ø Good written communication skills and highly proficient in English.
Ø Hunger for technical excellence and knowledge upgradation
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
