Job Summary:
Supervise loading and dispatch operations to ensure products are loaded accurately, safely, and on time. Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and transport teams while maintaining proper records and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily loading and dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of goods are loaded.
- Coordinate loading staff and vehicle dispatch schedules.
- Maintain loading records and reports.
- Ensure workplace safety and minimize product damage.
Requirements:
- +2/Diploma/Graduate.
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or FMCG experience.
- Good communication and team supervision skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
