Job Title: Reservation Executive – Exotic Yatra Holidays
We are seeking an Experienced Reservation Executive to manage travel bookings and provide excellent customer service. Must have experience in Darjeeling, Sikkim, North East, Nepal & Bhutan..... The role involves handling flight, hotel, holiday package, and transportation reservations while ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage travel reservations and bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Requirements:
- Experience of Darjeeling, Sikkim, North East, Nepal & Bhutan.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel reservations or tourism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
