Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) who is eager to build a career in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent Hindi communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. The candidate should be confident in speaking with clients and ready to do cold calling to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up with assigned leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills (Average spoken and written English is sufficient).
- Ready to do cold calling and interact with new clients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
- BBA or MBA candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage.
