We Are Hiring: Online Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in E-commerce and Digital Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and scale online sales across website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to improve traffic, conversions, and customer retention
- Manage complete e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support
- Lead and coordinate the online backend team, including digital marketing, content, and operations
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities
- Research market trends, competitors, and new sales channels to expand online business
- Ensure smooth execution of promotions, product launches, and online campaigns
Preferred Background
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of increasing online sales

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
