Key Responsibilities
Content
- Draft newsletters, Ring the Bell, and internal updates
- Write clear, engaging content across formats
Social Media
- Support planning and posting on Instagram and Viva Engage / Yammer
- Manage captions, scheduling, and content flow
Campaign Execution
- Amplification and Ideation on people programmes to create A Great Place to Be
- Coordinate with stakeholders for inputs and timelines
Design & Formatting
- Create basic visuals (Canva)
- Ensure content is clean, on-brand, and ready to publish
On-site & Global Engagement Support
- Help bring engagement to life on the ground, supporting local activities while
- Coordinate with global teams to amplify moments, share stories, and create a connected employee experience across locations.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years in content, communications, or social media
- Strong writing skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative thinking and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Canva and social platforms
