Role Summary
Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ProductionCoordinator to oversee and streamline production operations. The role involves planning and scheduling daily activities, ensuring product quality and timely delivery, maintaining accurate records, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily production activities.
- Monitor and report production status on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of raw materials.
- Ensure finished products meet PSD specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain and update daily production activities in Toillion
- Maintain and update stock and material records.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff.
- Manage resources (materials, equipment, workforce) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, MBA in Operations Management, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in production or operations management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,403.20 per month
