We are hiring an Outbound SDR to generate qualified sales meetings through high-volume outbound calling and targeted outreach to UAE businesses (primarily real estate brokerages).
This is a calling-heavy role focused on creating new sales conversations and building pipeline.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage decision-makers (owners, sales managers)
- Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects
- Qualify leads and book demo meetings
- Follow up via email and LinkedIn where needed
- Maintain CRM updates and track pipeline
What We Are Looking For
- Comfortable with daily cold calling
- Clear and confident English communication
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
- Strong objection handling mindset
- Self-driven and consistent in activity
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or telecom
- Familiarity with UAE / GCC market
