Field Sales Executive – Vendor & Shop Onboarding

About Deler
Deler is a B2B mobile spare parts platform connecting vendors in Karol Bagh to repair shops across India. We're building the largest supply chain for mobile parts and are in active growth mode.
What you'll do
Phase 1 — Visit vendors in Karol Bagh, explain Deler's platform, get them to list their inventory on the app.
Phase 2 — Visit mobile repair shops, onboard them as buyers, drive their first order on Deler.
Daily reporting of visits, conversations, and outcomes via WhatsApp/form.
You'll be great if you
- Have 1–3 years of field sales or market visit experience (mobile, electronics, or FMCG preferred)
- Know the Karol Bagh / mobile parts market OR are confident to learn it fast
- Can communicate clearly in Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Own a bike or have reliable local transport
- Are comfortable with WhatsApp, basic apps, and daily digital check-ins
- Are hungry to earn incentives — base pay is modest, upside is real
Incentive structure (example)₹200 per vendor successfully onboarded · ₹150 per repair shop onboarded · bonus on first order generated
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
