HR Operations Executive
Location -Gurugram
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll Management, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Compliance, and Employee Relations. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting business and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR Operations, ensuring smooth execution of all employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle the complete Onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, induction, and employee orientation.
- Coordinate Offboarding activities such as exit formalities, clearance, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
- Process monthly Payroll accurately by coordinating attendance, leave records, reimbursements, statutory deductions, and salary inputs.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, attendance records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with complete accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, LWF, and other HR compliances.
- Support Employee Engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, wellness events, and cultural celebrations.
- Address employee concerns, HR queries, and policy-related issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assist in implementing Disciplinary Actions by ensuring compliance with company policies, documenting incidents, issuing warning letters, and coordinating with management when required.
- Support performance management processes, appraisal cycles, feedback collection, and employee development initiatives.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to identify retention opportunities and improve employee experience.
- Generate HR reports related to payroll, headcount, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, office assets, facilities management, travel arrangements, and employee support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree, MBA (HR), or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations, or HR Administration.
- Good understanding of Payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance procedures.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Payroll Processing and HR Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Experience in planning and executing Employee Engagement activities.
- Familiarity with Disciplinary Action procedures and employee grievance handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
