Job Summary
Matrix Hospital, a well-established and growing 50-bedded multi-specialty hospital in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Consultant – General Physician / Internal Medicine to join our clinical team.
The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient management skills, and experience in managing OPD, IPD, and emergency cases.
Eligibility
- Qualification: MD Internal Medicine or DNB Internal Medicine
- Experience: 3–5 years post-PG experience
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience are preferred.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours based on mutual discussion:
- 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations and provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
- Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency cases.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of adult medical conditions.
- Monitor admitted patients and coordinate appropriate treatment plans.
- Review investigations and interpret relevant diagnostic reports.
- Coordinate with other consultants and hospital departments when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records.
- Provide appropriate clinical advice and follow-up care.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care.
- Participate in emergency management and clinical decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
