Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source land parcels for residential/commercial projects.
* Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and aggregators for land acquisition/development deals.
* Coordinate land due diligence, documentation, and transaction closure.
* Liaise with government departments and authorities for approvals, sanctions, NOCs, land conversion, mutation, and statutory compliances.
* Maintain relationships with municipal bodies, development authorities, revenue departments, and local administration.
* Coordinate with legal, technical, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
* 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate.
* Experience in both Land Acquisition and Liaisoning activities.
* Strong knowledge of land documentation, due diligence, registrations, mutation, conversion, and statutory approvals.
* Good network with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and local stakeholders.
* Proven experience in handling land transactions and project approvals.
NOTE:-Candidates from reputed real estate developers, infrastructure companies, or similar organizations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
