JOB SUMMERY :
As a Territory Sales Incharge, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations within your designated geographical area. Your primary objective will be distributors handling, appoint new distributors, to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market share. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to promote our products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Achievement of volume & value targets ( primary as well as secondary)
2. To suggest & implement below line activities to increase shop share
and visibility of the product.
3. To improve, enhance and develop productivity through range selling.
To regularly service key retail outlets.
4. Market mapping and intelligence through effective reporting.
5. RS/Super Stockist/Sub DB management ensuring effective communication (of trade offer /
incentive/ consumer offers) of company strategies and their issues.
6. Follow up and ensure timely submission of their stock and sales. Super-stockist fortnightly
stock and sales statement as per format.
