Responsibilities :
- Conduct a minimum of 20-25 outbound calls per day to existing customers, channel partners (CAs & Property Brokers), and BNI Connect members to schedule follow-up meetings and generate business opportunities.
- Perform regular field visits (minimum 2-3 per day) to active channel partners to strengthen relationships, deepen partnerships and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Drive cross-sell (X-Sell) and up-sell initiatives with existing customers/channels to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads and conversions.
Eligibility:
- Age: Less than 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales or channel sales in real estate, banking, FMCG, Wealth - MF or Insurance. Additionally - Branch RM with any of the banks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - fluency in English and Hindi.
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits (NCR).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Graduate. MBA will be an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
