Overview:
Sr. Financial Analyst is expected to be an individual with strong accounting foundations and skills and should be flexible and able to shift gears when priorities and workloads change.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate and timely accounting of transactions.

Perform monthly financial statement reconciliations.

Support in preparation of schedules for Financial Statements and coordination with External auditors.

Perform Bills Review and ensure correct accounting & tagging of bills.

Calculation and accounting of Direct costs & Rebate.
-
Support in monthly book close.
-
Allocation of Overhead expenses.
-
Performing Inter-Company transactions recordings and reconciliations.

Assist in Preparing monthly cash forecast.
- Perform ad hoc analytics on large/diverse datasets using various tools and techniques.

Compliances for SEZ, GST, TDS and Labor law’s requirements.

Payroll verification, reconciliations and processing.

Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
-
Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of overall experience with 1 – 2 years of work experience in Big Four in Audit division or in Industry with a similar role.

Technology expertise (i.e., advanced MS Office suite)

Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.

Demonstrated ability to go beyond what is required to get the job done.

Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.

Experience with NetSuite will be an added advantage.
