Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) (7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST)

Job Details:
- Office Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
- We are not providing cab transportation at the moment.
- We provide food during office hours.
- For Fresher’s, the salary is ₹17,000 CTC.
- PF and ESI deductions will be applicable as per company policy.
- After these deductions, your expected in-hand salary will be approximately ₹13,000–₹14,000 per month.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our US Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in international sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US Staffing market.
- Research prospective clients through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, MSPs, and Vendor Managers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
