Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT contractual staffing business. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT manpower outsourcing and contract staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT contract staffing and manpower services
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries
- Understand client requirements for IT contractual resources (developers, testers, cloud engineers, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs with clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in IT staffing / contractual manpower sales
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startup and mid enterprises
- Existing client network in IT staffing domain
- Knowledge of compliance, payroll, and contract staffing processes

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (performance-based)
