Role: Zonal Manager – Staffing & Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Drive revenue growth across the assigned zone
Build and manage relationships with key clients
Identify new staffing opportunities ( non-IT, contract hiring, etc.)
Team Leadership
Rrecruiters
Set hiring targets and monitor performance
Train and mentor recruitment teams
Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery
Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction
Handle escalations and improve processes
Strategic Planning
Develop zone-wise growth strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Forecast hiring demand and revenue
Reporting
Track KPIs (closures, TAT, revenue, margans)
Present performance reports to senior leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
6 - 8 years in staffing/recruitment industry
Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams
Strong client acquisition and account management skills
Exposure to industries like IT staffing, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.
Leadership + P&L ownership experience preferred
