· Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients across various industries.
· Review payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
· Ensure timely salary processing and generation of salary registers, payslips, and bank transfer files.
· Oversee full and final settlement calculations for exiting employees.
· Ensure accurate computation and timely deposit/filing of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and TDS.
· Prepare and file statutory returns under applicable labour and tax laws.
· Handle notices, assessments, and reconciliations relating to payroll compliances.
· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned payroll clients.
- Lead and supervise a team of 6–7 payroll executives.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
- Prepare payroll summaries, reconciliation statements, and management reports.
- Present operational updates and exception reports to the COO.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and data confidentiality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
