About the Role
Ocean Multivision is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and business growth for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid media platforms, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
- Create campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing assets.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and remarketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
