Sales Manager – IELTS / PTE / CELPIP

Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2 years in IELTS/PTE/CELPIP, language training, study abroad, immigration, admissions or education counselling sales
- Minimum 1 year managing a sales/counselling team
- Experience handling inbound student leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Experience managing follow-ups, demos, enrollments and monthly sales targets
- Strong student counselling, objection-handling and closing skills
Role & Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will take complete ownership of LinguoPrep’s sales team and student enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor sales counsellors
- Distribute and track leads
- Improve lead utilization and follow-ups
- Monitor Lead → Contact → Demo → Enrollment conversion
- Coach low-performing counsellors
- Handle important student counselling/closing calls
- Improve demo attendance and demo-to-enrollment conversion
- Track counsellor-wise targets and conversion %
- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports
- Coordinate with the academic team
- Achieve monthly team enrollment targets
Preference: Candidates currently or previously working with an IELTS, PTE, CELPIP, language-training, study-abroad or immigration company.
