Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our Organization Transformation team, you will be responsible for developing change management deliverables and driving execution across a range of change management initiatives, including technology-led change (ERP, AI, RPA), cultural transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.
Working with limited oversight from senior team members, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality deliverables, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to solutioning. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, contributing to high-quality outcomes and consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Key skills required:
- Develop and deliver high-quality change interventions, such as a case for change, a change management strategy and plan, stakeholder assessment and analysis, change impact analysis, a communication plan and execution, change agent network, change readiness assessment, change adoption, and sustenance activities tailored to project requirements within agreed timelines that contribute to maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Ensure all change management tasks are completed on time, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables, with minimal supervision
- Anticipate client needs and design solutions to client issues with appropriate guidance from the project/practice engagement leaders (manager/associate director/director/partner).
- Support in the identification and resolution of issues critical to the clients’ strategic and operational success.
- Contribute to new business proposals, practice building, and other internal practice initiatives.
- Manage and seek own personal and professional development, including expansion of consulting skills and experiences.
- Provide support for client interviews to understand complex business issues and change requirements.
- Provide functional content, including Deloitte’s point of view on change management in Business development and other related activities.
- Work on one or more change programmes, with supervision or management from a Transformational Change Manager
- Provide support in research and analysis where required
- Use appropriate management tools and methods to apply to projects
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma/master’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Organization Development, Change and leadership, or other relevant field.
- Relevant experience of 4–6 years in change management within consulting firms and/or internal corporate transformation environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, including technology transformation, digital transformation, operating model change, process transformation, culture change, and M&A integration programs.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment, communication strategy, communication plan, content development, training strategy, and change adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client-ready deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Exposure to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, RFP responses.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled and data-driven approaches to change management and communications is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, with strong content development and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced consulting environments while also contributing effectively as an individual contributor.
Good to have skills & experience
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide technology transformation programs across industries.
- Experience leading non-technology change initiatives, including culture transformation, organizational restructuring, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, and operating model changes, to name a few.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in fast-paced consulting engagements.
- Exposure to data-driven change approaches, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled change solutions, is an advantage.
- Exposure to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and supporting growth opportunities within consulting engagements.
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and client management capabilities with execution-focused mindset.
- Certification in change management frameworks such as PROSCI or equivalent methodologies preferred.
