Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Textile Software Executive to manage and maintain textile-related software systems, production data, inventory records, and operational reports. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and be comfortable working with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware & Data Management
- Enter and maintain production, inventory, and order-related data in the textile software system.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of production status and inventory transactions.
- Maintain master data and operational records within the ERP system.
- Monitor system-generated reports and identify discrepancies.
Production & Inventory Coordination
- Track fabric, yarn, raw material, and finished goods inventory.
- Monitor material movements between departments through the software.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Merchandising, Planning, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock, dispatch, and production transactions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Prepare inventory, dispatch, sales, and operational MIS reports.
- Analyze production and inventory data to support management decisions.
- Maintain documentation and records for audits and compliance.
System Support
- Resolve basic software-related issues and coordinate with the IT team when required.
- Assist users in software operations and data management activities.
- Support implementation of process improvements within ERP systems.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Textile ERP Software or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of operational data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma holders in Textile Technology may also be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in textile manufacturing, merchandising, production planning, quality, inventory management, or ERP operations.
- Exposure to SAP, Textile ERP, or similar software will be an added advantage.
