We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, billing, contract administration, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Quantity Surveyor – Job Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
- Verify site measurements and work progress.
- Prepare client bills and certify subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Analyze quotations and assist in vendor selection.
- Manage variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
