Business Development Manager (BDM) – AEC Industry (Work From Home)
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our international client base, primarily in the USA, for our AEC outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify international leads.
- Build relationships with architects, developers, and construction firms.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve business growth targets.
- Prepare client proposals and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of international business development experience, preferably in AEC outsourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with USA or global clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
