Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer About the Role (Overview)
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat. Responsible for creating creative designs, adapting artwork for various platforms, performing image retouching and color correction, and ensuring all visual assets are aligned with brand guidelines while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
Develop creative adaptations of existing designs for various platforms, campaigns, and marketing requirements.
Perform high-quality image retouching, including skin retouching, background cleanup, object removal, and image enhancement.
Execute accurate color correction and color grading to ensure consistency across all creative assets.
Prepare artwork for production while maintaining quality, specifications, and deadlines. Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and creative teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand standards and maintain visual consistency. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting assigned timelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and editing techniques to enhance creative output.
What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Excellent knowledge of image retouching, color correction, and photo manipulation techniques.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual aesthetics.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for color accuracy and image quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
