Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to support business activities and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update business records, reports, and documentation.
- Support management in planning, organizing, and executing business initiatives.
- Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks with internal teams.
- Handle vendor, client, and stakeholder communications as required.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support HR, finance, marketing, and administrative functions as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or business support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with business management tools or CRM software is an advantage.
