Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency. Candidates with knowledge of basic web design, social media creatives, and business document formatting will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design logos, banners, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and other marketing creatives.
- Create platform-specific designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Develop professional letterheads, presentations, invoices, and company documents.
- Create visually appealing website graphics and UI layouts.
- Apply basic HTML and CSS for minor website design updates and responsive layouts.
- Edit images, illustrations, and branding assets using design tools.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Use MS Word and MS Excel for formatting reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Stay updated with modern design trends and creative practices.
- Manage multiple design projects effectively while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing or a related field.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
