We are hiring a Production Incharge to manage daily production activities, supervise workers, and ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production operations
- Supervise production staff and workflow
- Ensure product quality and timely output
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with maintenance and store departments
- Follow safety and company procedures
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Experience in production/manufacturing preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
