A skilled UX Designer will be responsible for defining user journeys, interaction models, and improving usability of key workflows within the DKV Corporate portal. The role focuses on translating complex HR and admin processes into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for a wide range of business users.

A skilled UX Designer will be responsible for defining user journeys, interaction models, and improving usability of key workflows within the DKV Corporate portal. The role focuses on translating complex HR and admin processes into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for a wide range of business users.
Skill Requirements
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in UX design for web-based enterprise applications
- Strong expertise in journey mapping, interaction design, and usability principles
- Experience in designing workflows for data-heavy applications and complex user scenarios
- Hands-on experience with usability testing and user research methods
- Understanding of accessibility and multilingual design considerations
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on HR, admin, or enterprise workflow-based platforms
- Familiarity with tools used for wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Exposure to regulated or multilingual environments
Key Success Factors:
- Ability to create clear and intuitive user journeys for complex workflows
- Strong focus on usability and interaction design for data-intensive applications
- Consistent use of usability insights such as task success, drop-offs, and error patterns
Other Requirements
1.Relevant certifications in Manufacturing Simulation, Simulation Proc/Design/Layout/Validation, or Tecnomatix eMPlanner/Process Designer would be a plus.
