Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track government, PSU, corporate, and private-sector tenders related to manpower services, staffing, facility management, security, housekeeping, and allied services.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, manpower requirements, commercial terms, and submission conditions.
- Prepare tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Management teams to collect the required information and supporting documents.
- Prepare manpower deployment plans, costing sheets, wage calculations, statutory compliance costs, and commercial quotations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, minimum wages, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, GST, and other statutory requirements as applicable.
- Maintain tender-related records, registrations, certificates, licenses, EMDs, performance guarantees, and other supporting documents.
- Monitor tender deadlines, pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, clarifications, bid openings, and results.
- Prepare queries and clarification requests for tendering authorities wherever required.
- Coordinate the submission of EMD, tender fees, bid security, and other financial requirements.
- Liaise with clients/tendering authorities for tender-related communication and documentation.
- Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and unsuccessful tenders.
- Support contract renewals, extensions, and additional manpower/service requirements after award.
- Prepare MIS reports on tender participation, status, success rates, and business opportunities.
- Ensure all bids are submitted accurately and within the prescribed deadline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
