Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to drive business growth by promoting enterprise software solutions, SaaS products, and IT services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, lead generation, and consultative selling within the technology industry.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting tailored software solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for enterprise software solutions and IT services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, references, and market research.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable software and technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with clients.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Maintain CRM updates and track sales pipeline activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging enterprise technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in enterprise software sales, SaaS sales, or IT solutions sales.
- Good understanding of enterprise applications, cloud solutions, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation services.
- Ability to handle B2B sales and enterprise client interactions.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in enterprise technology sales or software consulting is preferred.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, AI-based products, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,201.78 - ₹70,623.71 per month
