Job Summary
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets for the interior design and turnkey interiors business. The role involves client acquisition, team management, business development, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, lead generation, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and branch performance reviews.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives and Designers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch sales goals.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.
Client Relationship Management
- Meet prospective clients and understand their interior design requirements.
- Present design solutions, project proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Branch Operations
- Oversee daily branch activities and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project execution teams.
- Monitor project handovers and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure timely documentation and CRM updates.

Salary: As per industry standards + Performance Incentives
