Job Description
Professional Couriers is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales and business development activities across Kanpur and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and retail customers.
- Increase revenue through customer acquisition and account growth.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Courier & Logistics industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Territory Management, or Branch Operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kanpur market.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from Professional Couriers, DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Trackon, Shree Maruti, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Gati, DHL, FedEx, or similar Courier & Logistics companies.
