We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Government Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for government projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of compliant and competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor government portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement portals, CPPP, state portals) for relevant tender opportunities
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of work
- Prepare and compile technical and financial bid documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Technical) for required inputs
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, documentation, and deadlines
- Handle bid submissions (online/offline) within specified timelines
- Maintain a database of tender submissions and outcomes
- Track bid status and manage post-submission follow-ups
- Prepare EMD, PBG, and other tender-related documentation
- Assist in vendor registrations and portal management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of government tender processes
- Knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement platforms
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and deadline management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret legal and technical documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in government tendering
- Experience working with public sector tenders preferred

Pay: ₹25,422.28 - ₹34,811.80 per month
