Job Role:
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mathematics Dean to lead and support the Mathematics department ADUR branches. The candidate will be responsible for improving teaching standards, mentoring teachers, monitoring academic performance, and ensuring effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Teach Math High school
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct classes
- Manage classroom and maintain discipline
- Assess student performance (tests, assignments)
- Guide and support students
Qualification:
- Graduate- MATH
- B.Ed is mandatory
- Monitor lesson plans, classroom delivery, and student performance.
- Conduct teacher training programs and academic workshops.
- Ensure curriculum completion and academic quality standards.
- Analyze student results and implement improvement strategies.
- Support branches in achieving academic excellence in Mathematics.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with Principals and Academic Heads on departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Mathematics (B.Ed preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
- At least 3–5 years of academic leadership experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in CBSE Board curriculum.
- Proficiency in academic planning and teacher development.
