Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for FMCG products.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize product expiry and wastage.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and dispatch personnel.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch to distributors, super stockists, and retail outlets.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, and stock transfer transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, optimize space utilization, and control operational costs.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports.
Pay: ₹20,239.45 - ₹30,093.59 per month
