Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and relationship-oriented Healthcare Relationship Executive to build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders.
The role involves business development, field visits, lead generation, relationship management, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong networking and convincing skills and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, corporates, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Regularly visit clients and partners to understand their requirements and identify opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
- Develop long-term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Promote and explain the organisation's healthcare services, solutions, and offerings to potential customers and partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers or business partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant healthcare services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to maximise conversions.
Field Operations
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate offices, and other relevant locations.
- Develop a strong network within the assigned territory.
- Participate in healthcare events, awareness programmes, conferences, camps, and networking activities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the local healthcare market and competitor landscape.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and Clinical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the management team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- 1–4 years of experience in healthcare sales, field sales, business development, relationship management, or a related role.
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, home healthcare, health-tech, medical services, or pharmaceuticals will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and the local/regional language is preferred.
- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle may be preferred, depending on the territory.
