At least 1- 2 years of relevant experience into Transfer Pricing

Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations, etc.

Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and authorities.

Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.

Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.

Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.

Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.

Assisting in representing seniors'/counsels' clients before the ITAT & HC.

Representingclients before the tax authorities and appellate bodies.

Assisting in compliance and advisory arising from the BEPS initiative.

Research and analysis of the transfer pricing technical points from the litigation standpoint.
