Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in an educational institution)
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle parent queries and guide them through the admission process
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries (calls, walk-ins, emails)
- Counsel parents and manage the admission process
- Maintain records and coordinate with the team
