In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales by promoting and demonstrating our cutting-edge ERP software to educational institutions, schools, training centers, and manufacturing companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales & Travel: Conduct daily field visits to target sectors, including schools, colleges, institutes, and manufacturing industries.
- Lead Generation & Pitching: Identify potential clients, pitch the ERP software to key decision-makers (Principals, Directors, HRs, Owners), and schedule meetings.
- Product Demonstrations: Give engaging, live demonstrations of the ERP software, highlighting how it solves the client’s operational pain points.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and follow up diligently to close the deals.
- Reporting: Update daily sales activities, pipeline progress, and field visit reports to the management team.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Must be a Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, etc.).
- Experience: 3 to 6 months of experience in field sales or corporate sales (Experience in software, telecom, or educational product sales is a big plus). Ambitious freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills (ability to explain software features clearly).
- Confident personality with a strong presence on the field.
- Persistence and a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client presentations.
