Role Description: -
We are seeking a highly creative and technically strong Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale Theme Parks, Water Parks, Entertainment Zones, Museums, and Interior Projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in concept development, technical drawings, coordination with structural & MEP teams, and site execution supervision.
This role requires a balance of creative imagination + practical execution capability.
Requirement & Qualification: -
· Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
· Proficiency in Software Development tools relevant to architectural planning and rendering
· Experience in Integration of design concepts with functional and structural requirements
· Expertise in Project Management for planning and overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Strong communication and team collaboration skills
· Proven leadership experience in architecture or design-related projects
Education: -
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- COA Registration preferred
Technical Skills: -
- AutoCAD (Advanced)
- SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion
- Revit (preferred)
- Photoshop / Presentation Tools
Pay: ₹19,680.46 - ₹72,860.91 per month
