Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service activities including service calls, engineer
deployment, installation schedules, and breakdown support.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, service engineers,
and internal departments
- Prepare and maintain service schedules, service reports, and customer
records accurately.
- Track service requests, response times, and closure status .
- Coordinate spare parts requirements, dispatch status, and service
documentation.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback, satisfaction, and issue
resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation, MIS reporting.
Requisite Skills:
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Desired Skills:
- Able to speak and understand the local language, English is Plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
