Job Title: Plant In-Charge – Waste Management Project

About the Role
Ready to run the show at the heart of a waste-to-value operation? We're looking for a hands-on Plant In-Charge who can keep our waste management plant running safely, smoothly, and efficiently — turning waste into worth, every single day.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily plant operations, from feedstock intake to final output
- Supervise and guide the on-ground operations team
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms (PCB, PESO, and other applicable regulations)
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely maintenance
- Track production targets, downtime, and process efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and MIS for management review
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed
- Drive a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement on-site
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related field)
- 5-10 years of plant/operations experience, preferably in waste management, biogas, or process industries
- Minimum 5 years experience in waste management project run with segregation system.
- Trouble shooting in electrical fault program setting in VFD Control system.
- Knowledge in PLC Operation maintenance and repair of electric equipments.
- APFC Panel, Air Circut Breaker Operation.
- Overall good experience in electric equipments and control panels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Working knowledge of statutory and environmental compliance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
